During Hon. Samuel Aboagye’s funeral, President Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) donated ₵152,000 to support the family and funeral arrangements. The generous gesture reflected their deep respect and recognition of Hon. Aboagye’s contributions to the community.
The funeral was graced by several dignitaries, including the MCE for Obuasi Municipal, Hon. Faustilove Appiah Kannin, the MCE for Obuasi East Hon Kofi Adzowu, Dompoase Hene Okofo Kwabena Bonsu, and the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene. Their presence added great honor to Hon. Aboagye’s Funeral, showing the strong unity and support within the region.
Though the atmosphere was filled with sorrow, the ceremony was conducted beautifully and successfully.
