When officers arrived at the scene, they found the victim and several tools left behind by the criminals, such as hammers and machetes. The body was taken to the Obuasi Government Hospital mortuary for an autopsy as part of the evidence for the robbery and murder case.
The arrested suspect has been identified as Rahman Adams, popularly known as Wale. He is currently in police custody and is helping the authorities with their investigation. While this arrest is a major win for justice, the police are still looking for two other accomplices who are currently at large.
These individuals include a man known as A.T. and a Nigerian national. The police are determined to find these men to ensure that all parties involved in the Obuasi Asonkore robbery and murder case are held accountable for their actions.
