The Obuase Bitters CEO has delivered a strong message to his workers, urging them to start saving money and stop wasting their salaries on unnecessary things, especially spending on women. His advice was meant to encourage workers to think about their future and take financial discipline seriously.

In a speech delivered by Dr. Amo Collins, the CEO of Obuase Bitters CEO expressed deep concern about the inability of many workers to save money. He said it pains him because he pays his workers from his heart and provides them with adequate incentives. Despite this, many of them fail to save even a small amount. He explained that he expects workers to save at least GHS 500 to GHS 1,000 every month, but most do not meet this target.

The Obuase Bitters CEO reminded his workers that they cannot do their current jobs forever. According to him, saving money now will give them the power to do what they truly want in the future. He stressed that without savings, life after work will be very difficult.

He further compared their salaries to those of nurses and other government workers. He said many of these workers earn less, yet they manage to save, buy land, and build houses. This hows that saving is not about how much you earn but how disciplined you are with money.

The CEO also warned male workers who spend most of their salaries on women. He explained that some women will take the money, improve their lives, and later abandon the man when they find someone doing better. The Obuase Bitters CEO advised workers to invest in themselves instead of spending blindly to impress others.

He added that even the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, continues to work hard and look for more ways to make money. According to the Dr. Amo Collins, if billionaires are still hustling, then people selling herbal bitters must take saving and growth very seriously. He concluded by saying money is important to everyone, and saving it to build something meaningful is the key to long-term success.
