The Chief Executive Officer of Eugenmat Group of Companies, Mr. Eugen Kofi Amankwa, has urged Ghanaians to avoid electoral violence before, during, and after the general election. “Ghana is a beacon of democracy; other countries look up to us during elections. We must exercise our franchise devoid of violence, and Ghana must win after the election,” he added.
Speaking to PN Media ahead of the polls, he expressed optimism for a successful election, stating, “Other countries like Liberia, Uganda, and Sierra Leone have suffered from electoral violence in the past, which is why Ghana must rise above this challenge. All the countries that faced electoral violence have not seen development.”
